Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
Garage 41
Effective Date: APRIL 25TH, 2026
Overview:
This policy outlines how scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for all Garage 41 training services.
Scheduling Sessions:
All training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Session times are reserved specifically for each client.
Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in the session being charged in full.
No-Shows:
If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Subscription Clients:
For monthly memberships, missed sessions within a billing cycle are not rolled over unless otherwise agreed.
